What are your operating hours?
Our standard operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, we understand that creative projects often require flexibility. We offer extended hours and weekend bookings upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. What types of equipment do you offer for rent?
Lumiere Studios boasts an extensive inventory of professional-grade photography and video equipment. We offer a wide range of cameras (Canon, Sony, Nikon), lenses (prime, zoom, macro), lighting equipment (strobes, continuous lights, LED panels, modifiers), grip equipment (stands, booms, reflectors), and audio equipment (microphones, recorders, mixers). What are the rates for studio rentals?
Our studio rental rates vary depending on the studio size, equipment included, and duration of the booking. We offer hourly, half-day, and full-day rates. Detailed pricing information for each studio can be found on our Pricing page. We also offer customized packages for recurring clients and large-scale productions. Contact our booking department to discuss your project requirements and receive a personalized quote.
Is parking available at Lumiere Studios?
While we don't have dedicated parking on-site, there are several paid parking garages and street parking options available in the vicinity of our studio at 123 Queen Street West. We recommend using the Green P parking app to find the most convenient and affordable parking options. We also advise allowing extra time for parking, especially during peak hours.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the booking time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Do you offer technical support during studio rentals?
Yes! Our knowledgeable and experienced staff are available to provide technical support and assistance during your studio rental. Whether you need help setting up lighting equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, or optimizing your workflow, we're here to help you achieve your creative vision. We also offer pre-production consultations to discuss your project requirements and ensure a smooth and productive shoot.
Are your studios accessible?
We are committed to providing an accessible and inclusive environment for all our clients. Our main studio floor is wheelchair accessible. Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment to Lumiere Studios. However, please inform us in advance of any specialized equipment you plan to use to ensure compatibility with our studio infrastructure and power supply. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal equipment brought onto our premises. We encourage you to carry appropriate insurance to cover your equipment.
